Event Description:
With the hurricane last year in Puerto Rico and the growing negative impact of climate change on Hawaii and our economy, how can Hawaii become more resilient? How does innovation and entrepreneurship play a critical role? Hear what our Mayors are doing to drive innovation in energy efficiency, clean energy, infrastructure and resiliency, and what their visions are for our state and respective county.

Admiral Tom Fargo became Chairman of Huntington Ingalls Industries in 2011.  He completed his military career as the 20th officer to hold the position of Commander of the U.S. Pacific Command, leading the largest unified command while directing the joint operations of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps and Air Force across 100 million sq. miles. Following a distinguished military career, Admiral Fargo transitioned to corporate leadership with Trex Enterprises and J.F. Lehman and Co., and on multiple Boards of Directors.
