Join us for the Fall (Prevention) Festival!
Join us for our Business After Hours event on Tuesday, September 29, from 5:30 - 7:30 PM at StretchLab Ward for an evening that combines professional growth with well-being. It's the perfect opportunity to unwind, connect, and focus on your physical health. Here is what you can look forward to:
- Build Connections: Networking can build a sense of community and reducing feelings of isolation. Meet local professionals in a supportive, relaxed environment that encourages meaningful conversations and relationships.
- Experience Stretching and Stress Relief: Enjoy a stretching and product demonstration led by StretchLab’s expert Flexologists. They’ll guide you through specific stretches designed to enhance flexibility, relieve tension, and improve wellness.
- Fall Prevention Activities: There will be carnival style games and activities to focused on mobility, balance, coordination, and strength to help prevent falls and injuries and promote safe, independent movement in everyday life.
Registration includes 2 drink tickets from Shaka Mobile Bar, light pupus provided by La Tour Cafe, candy apple station, and a chance to win great prizes.
September is World Alzheimer's Month. Stretch Lab has teamed up with Alzheimer's Association this month!
