Craig Baldner is the CEO, Co-Founder of MASTERC. A former Infantry and Signal Captain in the United States Army, Craig is a Veteran of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. During his service, he attained a Masters of Arts in Information Technology Management, which introduced him to his passion of project management and entrepreneurship. In 2016, Craig began the process of medically retiring, where he experienced first-hand the current transition process in Hawaii. After his honorable discharge, Craig immersed himself in the business community as a real estate agent, defense contractor, and co-founder of MASTERC as his way helping his fellow service members find their dream of living in paradise.
Daniela A. Newman is the founder and CEO of Newman Consulting Services, LLC, a business consulting company. Danelia's more than 30 years of experience as a business advisor and workforce training development specialist helps clients and their teams become more effective and increase performance.

Candice Phillips is the President of Vantage Point Consulting, a Sub-S Corporation serving diversity-owned companies nationwide. Prior to founding Vantage Point, Ms. Phillips developed and managed several of her own corporations starting in 1989 then subsequently selling the organizations. Candice started her career as a Firefighter/Paramedic. She has dedicated her life to being "in service" to others both in business and personally. She is the recipient of national and international awards as a disadvantaged business advocate.
