Celebrate National Manufacturing Day in Hawaii and find out what it takes to be "Made in Hawaii". Please join us at Maui Divers for a facility tour and learn about the wide range of job opportunities and how we can work together as a community to support and strengthen our local manufacturing industry.
Maui Divers Jewelry was founded in 1959 when the company began designing, manufacturing and selling Hawaiian black coral jewelry. In 1962, the company expanded operations and relocated to Honolulu. Over the decades since, Maui Divers Jewelry has grown to become the largest manufacturer of precious coral jewelry in the world, as well as the largest jewelry manufacturer in the state of Hawai`i. From the beginning, the company has been sensitive to the preservation of its coral resource, working hard to protect and conserve the beauty that first drew us undersea. Hawaiian corals come from sites carefully harvested to ensure healthy ongoing replenishment. All of Maui Divers' exclusive jewelry is handcrafted, from design sketch to final stone setting, in the company's Jewelry Design Center in Honolulu.
Upon arrival, please check in with the tour department located at the street level podium behind the flagpoles.
Street parking and parking under the building is available. There will also be plenty of parking available at King's Center next door to Maui Divers, but there will be no validation provided.
