Special Event: Kamayan Dinner at Solera
Join Solera for a one-night-only Kamayan Dinner, the first of a new monthly Chef?s Special events series, to experience the rich tradition of Filipino-style feast. Served beautifully on banana leaves, this dinner welcomes guests to gather and share an array of traditionally inspired dishes. With roots in the Philippines, Chef Mel offers an authentic experience that blends culture, flavor, and community, featuring dishes such as Washugyu Bistek, Grilled Ludovico, Chicken Adobo, Lumpia Shanghai, and Halo Halo. Begin with a plated appetizer, then watch as your entree is built in the center of the table, inviting everyone to share in the abundance.
