Richard (Dick) Rosenblum is an experienced executive and director with extensive knowledge in the electric utility and clean energy industries. His career spans a successful set of responsibilities, including his roles as a utility CEO, utility Chief Nuclear Officer, and director of both an electric utility and a clean technology company. Mr. Rosenblum is Chairman of the Board of Aloha United Way and currently serves on the board of Amber Kinetics, a startup energy storage company located in the San Francisco Bay area. He also acts on the Science and Business Advisory Board of Prosetta Biosciences, a biotech start-up located in San Francisco.

Kelly Hoen is a Kailua native with over 32 years in the hotel industry. She began her career at the front desk at the Ilikai Hotel. From there, she flourished to become the Director of Sales and Marketing at Kaua’i Hilton, Westin Kauai, and Hyatt Regency, and advanced to the General Manager at Kapalua Bay Hotel within 10 years. Among her accomplishments, Mrs. Hoen acted as the first female GM at the Royal Hawaiian and as one of Hawaii’s hotel industry leaders, increasing occupancies at Kapalua Bay from 52% to 78% in three years. Mrs. Hoen currently acts as the General Manager at the Modern Honolulu.

Norm Baker is the Chief Operating Officer of Aloha United Way. As COO he is responsible for the oversight of all back office operations at AUW. Branches under his directive responsibilities include Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, Marketing & Communications, Community Impact, and Facility Management. Norm has been a part of the non-profit sector in Hawaii for the last 23 years, acting as Vice President of Community Building for AUW and Vice president for Administration at Child and Family Services. Prior to these roles with the community, he served in the military for 26-years.
